Ever noticed the Red Button on Astro's remote control? Well, this button does wonders! 

By pressing the Red Button on the remote control, you'll notice an overlay pop-up 

appearing on the screen. 

These pop-ups may contain information, pictures or could direct you to a page or even 

'surf' various sections, pages, channel(s) or videos. Use the remote control to navigate 

these features. 

The Red Button service is absolutely FREE and it gives you all sorts of interactive content 

like Akademi Fantasia 8 on Astro Ria (Channel 104), Oasis Info Solat on Astro Oasis (Ch 106), 

Miss Astro Chinese International Pageant on Astro Wah Lai Toi (Channel 311), Discovery 

Shark Week on Discovery Channel (Channel 551), festive promotions and lots more!

Channel Service Cessation - Astro Stocklink (Channel 888)
We regret to inform our customers that Astro Stocklink (Channel 888) will cease its service on 31st December 2012 at 23:59 hours. With effect from 1st October 2012, the RM4.95 monthly subscription fee to Astro Stocklink will be waived. However, Astro customers will continue to have access to Astro Stocklink for FREE from 1st October until 31st December 2012. 

Astro continuously reviews its services and content proposition to offer value, choice and relevancy to our customers. Channels that are unable to fulfill these objectives will cease transmission. However, we will continue to have regular discussions with various content providers to explore new options available to our customers. Should there be any new updates, we will make the necessary announcement.
